Ziva’s Personalisation Module is about understanding the user in every way possible and customizing every interaction and the subsequent response to the finest degree possible.

This includes the Behavioral Targeting solution, a method of constructing responses based on users’ profiled characteristics. Behavioral logging is employed to obtain the data necessary from which to extract patterns.

The advanced user profiler collects all data about a user's interactions with the Ziva search system and extracts patterns in the user behaviour. These patterns are used to derive rules that influence the user's future interactions, helping the user find the information or content faster and more easily.
